Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your personal data, uploaded photos, profile details, and partner links will be completely erased. This action cannot be reversed.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the LoveTrail app installed on your device, you can delete your account and all associated data immediately in seconds:
- Open the LoveTrail app on your device.
- Tap the Settings icon (top right).
- Scroll down and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Confirm the deletion in the prompt.
✓ Upon confirmation, your data is erased from our live servers immediately.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, submit the form below or email us directly at [email protected] from the email address registered with your account:
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Authentication Record: Your Firebase Auth account (email or Google login link) is deleted permanently.
- User Profile: Your name, email, profile picture, gender, and personal preferences are deleted from Firestore.
- Photos & Media: All avatar photos stored in Firebase Storage are erased.
- Couple Relationship Data: If you are paired with a partner, your partner will be unlinked, and shared memories and records are permanently removed.
- Turnaround Time: In-app deletion is instant. Web/email deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
